Emergency Roof Repairs
Emergency roof repairs are about stopping the damage, not finishing the job. When water is coming in during a front, the honest goal is containment now and a permanent repair once the roof is dry.

Our Process
Containment while the front passes, then the permanent repair once the roof is dry. Nothing bonds, cures or sets on a wet roof.
- 1Call 060 357 1122.
Tell us where the water is, how fast, and how long it has been going.
- 2Temporary containment.
We get out as fast as the weather and the diary allow, cover the affected area, and clear anything blocking.
- 3Return in dry weather.
Free inspection, the leak traced properly, and a written quote for the permanent repair.
- 4The repair, guaranteed.
Written, minimum 2-year guarantee, and Fred phones after the next front to confirm it held.

Why Choose TurboMax
We answer on Sundays, we tell you honestly what can and cannot be done in the rain, and we come back to finish it properly rather than leaving a tarpaulin as the final answer.
Fred takes the calls himself. He treats comebacks as more important than new work, and he phones after the next front to confirm the repair held rather than waiting for you to phone him. On emergency work, where you are choosing a contractor under pressure and with no time to compare, that record is the only thing worth going on.
Written, minimum 2-year guarantee on the permanent repair.
What Our Customers Say
Verbatim reviews from Google, alongside photographs of emergency roof repairs we have actually done. No stock imagery.

Fred is a man of his word. The work they did on our roof was on time and good quality.

Repaired some leaks, redid the waterproofing and sprayed my entire roof with liquid rubber in 2 days at a reasonable price. They also guarantee their work for 2 years.

Run by a hands-on owner who impressed with his honesty and integrity. After the first rains, he contacted me to enquire about the work.

I received an extremely professional and friendly service. I was provided with expert advice throughout the project, which was completed well within time and under budget.

Excellent, professional, well-priced work. And a completely hassle-free process! 6/5. Thanks Fred!
Thank you TurboMax Waterproofing for your service and after service. I can definitely recommend your professional service.

Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers, including the ones that talk us out of a bigger job.
What does an emergency call-out cost?
A call-out fee may apply and is normally waived if you accept the quote for the permanent repair. The temporary containment work is priced by what it takes to make the building safe, and the permanent repair is quoted separately once the roof is dry and the leak has been properly traced. We will give you an idea on the phone before we come out.
Can you permanently fix my roof while it is still raining?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Waterproofing materials need a dry surface to bond to, and anything applied to a wet roof in a storm will come off. What we can do is stop the water getting in and stop the damage spreading, then return in dry weather and do it properly.
My ceiling is bulging with water. What do I do right now?
Put a bucket under it and pierce the lowest point of the bulge so the water drains in one controlled spot. It feels wrong to make a hole in your ceiling, and it is the right call. A small hole is patched cheaply. A collapsed ceiling takes the light fittings, the insulation and whatever was underneath with it.
Are you available on weekends?
Sundays yes, Saturdays no. We work Sunday to Friday, 7am to 5pm. The Sunday cover is why a lot of people find us, because most of the trade is unreachable from Friday evening until Monday morning and a leak does not wait that long.
Will my insurance cover this?
That depends on your policy and on the cause, and we are not the ones to advise you on it. What we can do is give you a clear written record of what failed and what we did, and photographs, which is generally what an insurer asks for. Take your own photographs before you clean anything up.
