Waterproofing Kuils River

There is no travel component, so you are paying for the work and nothing else. Beyond that it comes down to roof type, condition and how much preparation is needed. It is worth an inspection, yes. Much of Kuils River was built within a similar window to similar specifications, so roofs in the same street tend to reach the end of their waterproofing life at around the same time and fail in the same way. Getting ahead of it is the difference between a repair and a replacement.

Almost always, and it is the most common thing we find here. A flat-roofed extension joined to a pitched original is two different roof types meeting at a junction that moves seasonally, and that junction needs detailing rather than just coating. It is where we find the water more often than not.

Far less than you would nearer the coast. Kuils River is outside the salt corridor, so sheeting and fixings last noticeably longer than they do in Table View or Milnerton. Fixings still perish from UV and heat cycling, so they are worth checking, but you are not fighting corrosion the way coastal properties are.
